Full-mouth reconstruction is not one procedure. It is a coordinated treatment plan for patients with extensive damage, missing teeth, severe wear, multiple failing restorations, or several oral-health problems that need to be solved in the correct order.
A plan may include crowns, fillings, root canal therapy, periodontal care, implants, bridges, dentures, extractions, orthodontic coordination, veneers, or other procedures depending on what is actually needed.
Complex cases are usually completed in stages. Phasing allows healing, reassessment, financial planning, and temporary restorations when appropriate rather than trying to complete everything at once.
A successful reconstruction requires understanding which teeth are predictable to keep, which should be replaced, how the bite will function, how restorations will be maintained, and which specialists may need to be involved.
We can identify priorities, discuss realistic treatment stages, and build a plan around health, function, appearance, and long-term maintenance.
